CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY EGGLESS WHEAT FLOUR CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour (Gehu aata) – 2 cups
  • Semolina (Raa) – 2 cups
  • Milk (Dudh) – 1 & 1/2 cup (You can add more milk as per requirement.
  • Baking soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Coco powder or melted chocolate – 1 cup
  • Vinegar or lemon juice – 2 tablespoon or 1 cup curd
  • Dry fruits – as per your choice or only walnuts
  • Refined oil or ghee or butter – 1 cup
  • Chocolate ganache – 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 2 cups
  • Colorful sugar ball for decoration (optional)

QUANTITY- 20 PIECES

COOKING TIME - 1 & 1/2 HR
PROCEDURE

Take 1 cup refined oil in a bowl and add 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 cup milk.

Now mix all the ingredients well. Then add 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup semolina and again mix it well with the whisker.

(You can also add dry fruits while making this batter)

Put 3 to 4 drops vanilla essence and add again some milk in it and the mix it well. The consistency of the batter should be medium.

Keep the batter aside for 20 to 30 minutes so that the semolina is well mixed.

Meanwhile let’s do preparation for baking.

For this take one tin or any round vessel. Grease it with oil or butter and little all purpose flour.

Take alluminium vessel or a pressure cooker or kadhai and keep it for preheating up to 15 minutes. Put one stand or a steel plate in a vessel.

(If you are using pressure cooker then remove the ring/gasket and whistle)

After 20 to 30 minutes batter is ready. Add baking soda in it and mix it lightly and slowly.

Immediately pour the batter into the greased tin and keep it for baking on the gas in a vessel or kadhai or pressure cooker on low gas flame.

Cover the vessel with any glass lid or a plate and bake it for around 50 to 60 minutes.

After 40 minutes, check the batter by inserting a tooth pick or a knife.

If the knife or the toothpick leaves the batter on it then again bake it for further 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, again check it by inserting the knife or the toothpick, if it comes out clean then your brownie base is ready.

Now turn off the gas and take out the vessel.

Keep this brownie base for cooling.

Now demould the brownie base in plate. Pour the chocolate ganache over this brownie and cut it into cubes and decoate with dy fruits or sugar color balls.
